Mark has been trading as a qualified Plumber for over 20 years. He started out as an employee of a company and then went on to start his own business and become self-employed. We have used Mark ever since Exceed Building was founded, back in 2005. His wealth of knowledge, kind nature and passion for his craft makes a great partner. Mark carries numerous qualifications and certifications and is also GAS Safe Registered.
Trevor Jones & Colin burgess
T & C Electrical Installations
Trevor and Collin have been working together for over 20 years. Much like our other contractors, we have worked with T & C Electrical since Exceed Building began. Trevor and Collin work to an extremely high standard, ensuring your expectations are always 100% met and offering you advise and suggestions along the way. T & C are Elecsa Qualified and are also Part-P Certified. They share our same work ethic and we consider them to be Exceed's very own Ant & Dec duo!

Neil has been painting & decorating for over 15 years. Neil is an old friend of Matt's (Founder of Exceed Building) and is local to Sunbury. Neil is a hard worker who loves his craft and always delivers consistently good results, on time and to budget. If you're the kind of person who struggles to envision a room with new colours, or you're simply not sure what to go for, Neil will help advise what colours work well together and compliment your living space.
